Description

O3 is currently  is looking for a Administrative Assistant / Receptionist   with at least 2 years’ experience to join us in Dubai immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
1. General office management
2. Set-up and maintain a well-organized filing systems
3. Making appointments, managing calendars and diaries when necessary
4. Handle all telephone calls and emails
5. Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
6. Assist all employees for all related HR matters
7. Handle all confidential documents and information
8. Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
9. Managing petty cash transactions and bookkeeping
10. Provide back-up support for all operations and other related duties as assigned

Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong organizational and office administration skills
3. Preferably with accounting background
4. Ability to work under-pressure
5. Multitasking and prioritization skills
Qualifications:
1. College Graduate
2. At least 2 years related similar experience
3. Computer proficiency
4. Preferably single
