O3 is currently expanding our BIM 3D Team and is looking for a BIM Façade Manager with at least 5 years’ experience to join us in Dubai. This position requires good communication and leadership skills as the individual will be managing the BIM 3D Team in supporting design and project delivery of the company’s various projects. Facade background is required.

The candidate’s responsibilities includes:

• Leading the Façade BIM Team in the creation and approval of BIM execution strategy
• Evaluating and reporting on the Façade BIM team’s progress, deliverables, clash reports and schedule
• Liaising with architectural, structural and MEP sub-contactors
• Leading BIM coordination workshops and client review meetings and resolve design coordination issues

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:

• Parametric 3D Modeling
• Creating families and BIM content from LOD 200 to LOD 500 in Revit
• Coordinating BIM façade model with other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, MEP)
• Performing clash analysis
• Ensuring accuracy of 3D models
• Extracting shopdrawings, fabrication drawings and material take-offs from 3D models
• Rhino 6 and 3ds Max
• Must be a Certified Revit and Autocad user
