O3 is currently expanding our BIM 3D Team and is looking for BIM Modelers with at least 2 years’ experience to join us in Dubai. Facades background is a plus. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:

• Parametric 3D Modeling
• Creating families and BIM content from LOD 200 to LOD 500 in Revit
• Coordinating BIM façade model with other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, MEP)
• Performing clash analysis
• Ensuring accuracy of 3D models
• Extracting shopdrawings, fabrication drawings and material take-offs from 3D models
• At least 2 years’ experience in façade 3D modelling
• Rhino 6 and 3ds Max

**The candidate must be a Certified Revit and Autocad user and possess good communication skills.
